BMV documents state Juvenile Driver Program required. JDP required for license reinstatement for juvenile
traffic violations (before age 18) Under age 19 only (if age 19 and older – please attend ADULT REMEDIAL CLASS) |

CLASS FEE = $100.00 no personal checks
accepted for this one day class |
BRING: current picture ID and know DL#Pack a lunch
or bring money for food delivery Must provide
school with Driver’s License Number for the
certificate of completion to be issued. Use court or BMV
documents you have in your possession Including the traffic
ticket – in order to find or locate DL# NO ONE
ADMITED WITH OUT CURRENT PICTURE ID. |

Pre-registration and pre-payment
preferred. Walk-ins welcome – Pre-registered
students are seated first, walk-ins
are limited to number of available seats, on a first come basis Doors open at 7:35 am
for class registration and payment. Registration ends at
7:50 am : NO late arrivals admitted. We do our best to
start class promptly at 8:00 am CLASS IS USUALLY OVER
AT 3:00 pm |

Please arrive early enough to read and sign class
contract, provide the required ID and documents. Make
payment. If student is under age 18, a parent or guardian is
required to sign contract Students over age 19, will be required to attend Adult Remedial Course.. |

Certificate of
Completion will not be printed prior to end of 6 hours of classroom
instruction. Students may be held over for a few minutes for
completion of the minimum 6 hours of instruction. Student may wait after
class for certificate that day, or make arrangement to be mailed or to pick
up certificate later that week |

TO RESERVE A SEAT IN CLASS CALL SCHOOL OFFICE – tell us your name and date of
attendance. For complete
registration we need full legal name Address - Date of birth – Driver’s License # |

NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED. We accept all major credit cards,
money order and CASH. |

Any classes with less than 5
students pre-registered and in attendance are subject to cancellation. |

Land of Legend
Driving School has a no smoking policy. No tobacco products, no alcohol, no
form of drugs, no sleeping, and no profanity. Students in a decreased state
mentally and physically, may not be admitted to our school.
3.
Registrants
will be expected to act in a mature manor. Disruptive
students will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. Remember, we
are here to help you get your license back. The reason you are here is not our
fault. Please do not take your frustration and anger out on our instructor.
4.
In-class
participation is a significant part of this program. Those that do not
participate may not receive a certificate. No certificate will be printed until
all requirements are satisfied, this includes the full
6 hours of instruction, a pre-test and a post-test.
5.
Please
dress comfortably and appropriately for a classroom situation. Not following
this request will result in you being asked to leave with no refunds given.
6.
Please
respect the school property. Any theft or damage will result in additional
monetary charges and possible criminal charges.
7.
DO
NOT LOSE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION: reprint fee $10.00 – call office for
procedures (not a one day process)
8.
INTERRUPTION
POLICY: if class is interrupted for conditions beyond our control. Class may
end early and re-scheduled to complete on another day. (one example for interruption is loss of electrical
power)
* Attendees must follow the above
guidelines. By not following these guidelines, you may be asked to leave
without refund.
